The DIY Universal Big Leaf Bag V-4 is a large-capacity lawn mower leaf bag attachment designed for homeowners who use 30–33 gallon paper or plastic bags for leaf and grass disposal. The Universal attachment system is designed to fit a wide range of existing rear-discharge mower bag metal frames. With the DIY V-4, you construct and install the Big Leaf Bag mouth onto your existing mower bag metal frame using the installation hardware and tools provided.

The DIY Universal Big Leaf Bag V-4 is designed to make collecting leaves and grass easier and more efficient. Its large capacity works with 30–33 gallon paper or plastic bags, helping you collect more yard debris while keeping disposal simple.
Easy-Empty Funnel-Shaped Design
The Big Leaf Bag is designed with a funnel shape—the rear of the bag is larger than the front opening. This wider rear helps leaves and grass dump out more easily when emptying the bag, making cleanup faster and reducing the effort needed to remove the collected material.
DIY Installation — Two Installation Options
Unlike our Premade V-4, where the snap-button installation is professionally completed for you, the DIY V-4 requires you to install the Big Leaf Bag mouth onto your existing mower bag metal frame.
To make the DIY installation possible, the V-4 package includes the important installation hardware and tools for constructing and attaching the mouth, including the snap-installation tool, snap buttons, safety pins, and other necessary installation components.
You have two installation options:
1. Quick Safety-Pin Installation
For a faster and simpler installation, use the provided safety pins to secure the material around your existing mower bag metal frame. This method allows you to begin using the Big Leaf Bag without completing the full snap-button installation.
You can continue using the safety-pin installation or later convert the same installation to snap buttons if you choose.
2. Standard Snap-Button Installation
For a more permanent and finished installation, follow the complete DIY installation video and use the provided snap-installation tool and snap buttons to attach the Big Leaf Bag mouth to your existing mower bag metal frame.
