DIY Universal Big Leaf Bag V-3 – Lawn Mower Leaf Bag Attachment

The DIY Universal Big Leaf Bag V-3 is a large-capacity lawn mower leaf bag attachment designed primarily for fall leaf collection. Its approximately 45-gallon capacity provides about 2–3 times the capacity of some regular mower grass bags, helping reduce stops when collecting lightweight, bulky leaves. The Universal attachment system is designed to fit a wide range of existing rear-discharge mower bag metal frames. It can also be useful for leftover leaf cleanup in the spring.

The V-3's funnel-shaped design and rear zipper help make transferring collected leaves into a 45-gallon trash bag or other suitable container easier.

DIY Installation — Two Options

With the DIY V-3, you install the Big Leaf Bag mouth onto your existing mower bag metal frame using the included installation hardware and tools.

1. Quick Safety-Pin Installation

Use the provided safety pins for a faster and simpler installation. You can continue using the safety-pin method or later convert the same installation to snap buttons.

2. Standard Snap-Button Installation

For a more permanent and finished installation, follow the DIY installation video and use the provided snap-installation tool and snap buttons to attach the Big Leaf Bag mouth to your existing mower bag metal frame.
